STEP 1: Prepare Digital Images of your art

Whether you photograph it yourself or have is professionally scanned is up to you but we need images (photos or scans) that are high enough quality for printing in our catalog with colors that will clearly and accurately show the beauty of your work – instructions for photographs can be found here:

• Jpeg Format
• 300 dpi
• At least 1200 pixels at smallest dimension
• No larger than 8 mb 
• Name jpeg files as: LastName, hyphen, title, size EXAMPLE: Jones‐Plumeria16x20in.jpg

STEP 2: Email images to us

Print out this waiver and sign it.
