The Banyan Tree in Thomas Square is one of the most beautiful trees Iʻve ever seen. The aerial roots that grow down from the branches forming additional trunks and anchoring the tree to the ground look so strong as if they will be there forever.
Hearing about this heiau made me curious to see what it looked like. I was happy to see how beautiful and peaceful it is. The very tall trees protecting the rock formations make it feel like the healing place that it was.
